Answer:	It is pretty water proof. Also, remember it is powered by four AAA batteries. I anticipate even if submerged the worst you would likely have to do is take out and discard the batters, leave it out to dry for several days and then put in new batteries. I would not expect even submersion to permanently destroy the device.

Answer:	My experience has been that this unit, a AAA battery unit, is simply not meant for high traffic areas. I am in the process of replacing it with a Secura dispenser which utilizes AA batteries. It’s a bigger unit and better suited to kitchens etc where you get some pretty high usage. Good luck. I usually get through about half of the soap reservoir before requiring new batteries.

2. When I move hand to sensor area, the smiling face get red and won't foam.

----Please clean the sensor, restart the dispenser and try it again. Contact seller if it doesn't work.

3. My soap reservoir doesn't snap to dispenser and they get apart easily! Help!

Answer:	It comes with a 4x2” pad. I also used the screws it comes with to secure it.

But since it is sanitizer, rinsing it off seems to do just fine and then dry it with a paper towel. Or you can use the sponge that's included to wipe it down. I sit it in the plastic lid to a take out dish when in use. This is used at the door to our church so it is high traffic on Sundays.
