It's when soap sits in the unit it starts to dry out and thicken causing the pump to clog or struggle to dispense. It will eventually damage the pump motor. As for "Method"... It's a line of cleaning products are designed to be environmentally / pet friendly. They have hand soaps both normal and foaming, soap for use to cleaning dishes (like dawn) laundry detergent, spray cleaner (like windex but has fragrance that doesn't smell like windex) I like pink grapefruit (clean smelling without being obtrusive) and other items. Target is the local store I can normally find their items.

Answer:	Answer I was concerned about the same thing! Literally it charges in 15 minutes for me if I have it plugged into a direct outlet. It stays charged for about an entire 3 weeks. I have it in my guest bath so that was a huge concern for me. The red light does come on but it doesn’t mean it’s dead... It is VERY good and well worth the money! It gives just the right amount of soap! Be sure to fill it halfway with water first then the rest of the way with soap.

Question:	Dumb question but has this slipped into a sink & gotten wet? Not like went underwater, exactly but how waterproof have people found it to be
Answer:	It is pretty water proof. Also, remember it is powered by four AAA batteries. I anticipate even if submerged the worst you would likely have to do is take out and discard the batters, leave it out to dry for several days and then put in new batteries. I would not expect even submersion to permanently destroy the device.

Answer:	My experience has been that this unit, a AAA battery unit, is simply not meant for high traffic areas. I am in the process of replacing it with a Secura dispenser which utilizes AA batteries. It’s a bigger unit and better suited to kitchens etc where you get some pretty high usage. Good luck. I usually get through about half of the soap reservoir before requiring new batteries.

1. Choose a suitable position to mount the dispenser on the wall, sensor system is at the bottom of the dispenser; please keep 50cm free space at least under the sensor system.

2. Slide the fix plate out of the dispenser, use this plate as a template to mark three drill spots.

3. Drill two 5mm holes, and then insert the platic plugs.

Answer:	If you mount it with Velcro that should accomplish how you want to use it. Make sure to clean both surfaces with alcohol before applying the Velcro tape. Whatever product you use in this unit it must be very thin or watery as it does not dispense thick liquids well.

Installation Instruction:

1. Choose a suitable position to mount the dispenser on the wall, sensor system is at the bottom of the dispenser; please keep 50cm free space at least under the sensor system.
2. Slide the fix plate out of the dispenser, use this plate as a template to mark three drill spots.
3. Drill two 5mm holes, and then insert the platic plugs.
4. Fix the plate on the wall qith two screws then slide the dispenser in the plate.
5. Insert 4pcs"AA" batteries into the battery compartment according to the diagram indication.
6. Open the container lid.
7. Fill in liquid.
8. Turn on switch.

Tips: At the first use, since the liquid has not completely flows through thw pipe, may not liquid at first, please try several times

1. Remove the battery cover at the bottom of the battery case. Unscrew the soap dispenser Counterclockwise. Insert four "AAA" size Alkaline batteries Compartment. Make sure the battery Insert in the right direction Marked poles. Replace the battery cover, Turn clockwise until it locks into place.

2. To fill the soap room, unscrew the top cover. Turn the cover counterclockwise. Fill Use only liquid foam soap in the soap room. turn Close the lid of the soap box clockwise Safely.

3. Press the on / off button and the LED indicator will go out Blue once, power is on.

4. To dispense soap, place your hand about 4 inches Under the spout.

5. To power the distributor , press On / Off Button. LED light will turn red once Indicates that power is applied .

1. When used for the first time, trigger sensors 10 to 20 (Step 4) until the soap begins to dispense. 

2. Foam-based hand sanitizers can be replaced directly. Viscous hand sanitizers, detergents, facial cleansers, and other emulsions need to be diluted with water.

3. Please remove the batteries if the unit is not used for long to avoid damage.

Remarks: If the indicator flashed but appliance doesn’t work, please check whether the batteries are installed backwards, then adjust the batteries direction according to diagram correctly.
