Answer:	It's definitely clear. I'm guessing it's turquoise in picture because that's the color of the soap they used. Right now I'm using orange antibacterial soap so mine is orange.

Answer:	I am currently using other brands liquid soap and dish washing liquids in there. no issues.

Answer:	You know soap "foam" and "bubbles" are a marketing gimmick right? Chemical properties of the cleaning agents don't naturally create foam or bubbles. It's an added effect to make the users feel like the products are working better than soaps that don't bubble as much. Also no - the dispenser doesn't aerate soaps that want it.
Question:	What are the construction materials for all three of the major pieces, including the top, the front panel, and the rear soap container. In particular, please specify if the metal-looking parts on the bushed aluminum are true brushed aluminum or are another material with a brushed-aluminum look

It's when soap sits in the unit it starts to dry out and thicken causing the pump to clog or struggle to dispense. It will eventually damage the pump motor. As for "Method"... It's a line of cleaning products are designed to be environmentally / pet friendly. They have hand soaps both normal and foaming, soap for use to cleaning dishes (like dawn) laundry detergent, spray cleaner (like windex but has fragrance that doesn't smell like windex) I like pink grapefruit (clean smelling without being obtrusive) and other items. Target is the local store I can normally find their items.

Question:	Dumb question but has this slipped into a sink & gotten wet? Not like went underwater, exactly but how waterproof have people found it to be
Answer:	It is pretty water proof. Also, remember it is powered by four AAA batteries. I anticipate even if submerged the worst you would likely have to do is take out and discard the batters, leave it out to dry for several days and then put in new batteries. I would not expect even submersion to permanently destroy the device.

Answer:	My experience has been that this unit, a AAA battery unit, is simply not meant for high traffic areas. I am in the process of replacing it with a Secura dispenser which utilizes AA batteries. It’s a bigger unit and better suited to kitchens etc where you get some pretty high usage. Good luck. I usually get through about half of the soap reservoir before requiring new batteries.

Question:	It doesn't dispense anything. Where is the switch
Answer:	It can hold 15 small cans of beer/soda and probably a couple of dozen mini cheese snacks. Good enough for one evening, I suppose!
Question:	Is there a way to lower the quantity of soap dispensed? Would like less than 2.4 ml of soap
Answer:	My VL60 uses 34 watts according to the UPS it's plugged into. This one will run for 10-12 hours in the hot sun at about 30 degrees F on a JNC 660 jump box.
Question:	Can it sense any dishware? What if I put my dishwares under its sensor
Answer:	The working power of this refrigerator is 50 watt. According to different modes or temperature, it will cause different energy consumption.
Question:	How long does it take to dispense soap, after sensing your hand
Answer:	It is very quiet. You only hear it when the compressor comes on, and that is very quiet. Fan is nearly silent.

Tips

1. The product needs to be added to the 3A battery on the bottom and placed neatly. The battery is recommended to use a new one, otherwise the motor of the product will not be pulled, and the product cannot be used normally.

2. For the first time, it is best to add more than half liquid into the dispenser.

3. If it does not sense your hand and without liquid outflow, it could be the liquid concentration is too high, you can dilute it to solve this problem.

4. Remember to turn on the switch to “l” on the bottom.

Answer:	Dear Customer: Hello, normal use of the battery can work for about 1 month, depending on the number of times you use it.
Question:	My soap dispenser quit working
Answer:	I’ve had this problem, empty all soap in the dispenser and fill with very warm water. Let it stand for awhile. (I leave it overnight) Then drain water and fill with soap. This helps my dispenser start working again.
Question:	Two of these have failed, How does the warranty work
Answer:	I can't give you warranty information but just a hint... I thought one of mine failed also but I believe if you don't use the right soap, it will coagulate and block the exit tube. I ran just water through the one that wasn't working and eventually got it to work again. I am now using only foaming hand soap. That seems to not be as thick.
Question:	Stop working after 4 months of used. Any one can fix it
Answer:	ordered three , only one work the other two were defective， fake warranty.

Answer:	Before using this dispenser, please remember to turn on the switch to “l”. The switch is on the bottom, next to the battery.
Question:	How long do the batteries typically last
Answer:	It says it only dispenses one amount each time (which mine does) - “ pump that dispenses 2.4ml soap in just 1.3 seconds, minimizing clogging and preventing messy drips. Note: one single liquid soap volume is 2.4ml “
Question:	Is there a drip tray that you can recommend that works with this dispenser
Answer:	The IR sensor is not only for human hands, but also for any other moving object. Once you put your dishware under the sensor, it will start dispensering soap immediately.
Question:	Can this be used on a counter top
Answer:	About a second. The sensor can detect your hand or anything for that matter anywhere between the top and bottom. You just have to leave it there for about a half a second for it to start.
