They have lost their endorsement from Naturewatch because Naturewatch is unhappy with them because SC Johnson does do animal testing on other products they sell. Question:	Are the tablets individually wrapped, or just all in one bag? I stopped using another brand because I don't like unnecessary waste
Answer:	Yes, individually wrapped in "recyclable" not "recycled" plastic. Note that it is NOT recyclable in curbside collection in NYC, where only hard plastic is recycled. I will not be buying this brand again

Answer:	I'm no botanist but I'm pretty sure you can. Grey water is fine as long as you're not eating root vegetables watered with it.
Question:	Is this or another pod a substitute for Cascade Platinum, but without the chemical stench? I don't want the hard water stains or the stink
Answer:	I have a Miele and you can't use pods. I have tried all kinds of ECO friendly soap and found 7th generation works well. I also hate any smell in dish or clothes washers! When I talked to the Miele rep he said to only use a teaspoon of dish soap no matter what brand. I can now use regular stinky Cascade and I don't get any odor! Good luck

Answer:	Type 5 is the same a plastic as bottle caps. These packets are small and thin. The large type 5 tub my generic tablets come it has a better chance of getting recycled. Unfortunate feel good do nothing product

Answer:	I’m seeing an option now for boxes of loose powder, but the only option available (at this time) is an 8 pack of 48oz boxes for $66. If you like buying in bulk this seems like a good alternative to the individually wrapped version, though, although you’ll have to measure it out yourself or eyeball it instead of the convenience of tablets.

Answer:	Why not mount it to a piece of plywood??? You would still need a 12v DC to 120 VAC inverter, but I don't think small ones run all that much money. Seems to me you would already have this if you are running the receiver. This is currently the only automatic pointing DIRECTV dish that supports HD. You can get a manual one for less than $150 (at this time 1/30/21) that comes with a tripod. I own one and it can be a bit of a challenge to point, but doable with patience.

Answer:	The 2017 model (I have both this one and the generation prior) has a lock on the lid to prevent animals from opening it. The unlock button is small, a bit smaller than the tip of one's finger. My vaguely clever cat has yet to open his feeder or knock it over. The food tray is removable and 'clicks' into the food storage portion, giving a nice base for the unit to stay balanced, even when bumped a bit hard (Some of us are clumsy!).

Answer:	it clips in on both sides and seems pretty secure. Also, with the small chute, my cats cannot stick their paws up to get additional food. That is great compared to my last feeder.

Question:	Dumb question but has this slipped into a sink & gotten wet? Not like went underwater, exactly but how waterproof have people found it to be
Answer:	It is pretty water proof. Also, remember it is powered by four AAA batteries. I anticipate even if submerged the worst you would likely have to do is take out and discard the batters, leave it out to dry for several days and then put in new batteries. Answer:	My experience has been that this unit, a AAA battery unit, is simply not meant for high traffic areas. I am in the process of replacing it with a Secura dispenser which utilizes AA batteries. It’s a bigger unit and better suited to kitchens etc where you get some pretty high usage. Good luck. I usually get through about half of the soap reservoir before requiring new batteries.

Question:	Can you put Dawn or other liquid detergent in the dispensers
Answer:	I am currently using other brands liquid soap and dish washing liquids in there. no issues.
Question:	Can you use foaming hand soap with this touch less dispenser
Answer:	You know soap "foam" and "bubbles" are a marketing gimmick right? Chemical properties of the cleaning agents don't naturally create foam or bubbles. It's an added effect to make the users feel like the products are working better than soaps that don't bubble as much. Also no - the dispenser doesn't aerate soaps that want it.
Question:	What are the construction materials for all three of the major pieces, including the top, the front panel, and the rear soap container. In particular, please specify if the metal-looking parts on the bushed aluminum are true brushed aluminum or are another material with a brushed-aluminum look
Answer:	Plastic, the top is plated to look like metal. Since the part never gets touched other than to fill with soap it should last
Question:	Does any liquid DISH soap work or do you have to use recommended brands? I have never used 'method soap' so I do not know if it is hand or dish soap. Thank you
Answer:	If you aren't adding water it will work as long as it is used multiple times a day. It's when soap sits in the unit it starts to dry out and thicken causing the pump to clog or struggle to dispense. It will eventually damage the pump motor. As for "Method"... It's a line of cleaning products are designed to be environmentally / pet friendly. They have hand soaps both normal and foaming, soap for use to cleaning dishes (like dawn) laundry detergent, spray cleaner (like windex but has fragrance that doesn't smell like windex) I like pink grapefruit (clean smelling without being obtrusive) and other items. Target is the local store I can normally find their items.
