Answer: Terribly made product. The toilet paper doesn’t come out. Ridiculous and waste of money. Would encourage to NOT purchase item.

Answer: The swing of the door cannot be reversed. The dispensing compartment could possibly work with tissue but the box won’t fit. You would have to remove the tissue from the box and insert.

Answer: Where the toilet actually sits is 23" but there is molding that frames the legs of the cabinet that sits next to the toilet, that measures 19.5". The molding did not interfere with the ability to get around the my toilet or get to the flush handle.
