Answer:	I think it would be, although I don't stand directly on it. I use it to cushion a fiberglass shower pan from a teak shower mat.

Question:	How do you get rid of awful, chemical odor of this mat
Answer:	My shower tile is about the same, but small. I think that is one reason it feels so secure. I don't have enough room to catch my foot under the mat and accidentally move it. I did try to slide it, but found it to be stable as long as I wasn't lifting it on the edge. I would think that using many of them might increase the chance of "lifting" the edge and then possibly sliding. Personally, I find this to be as stable as mats with suction cups.

Answer:	I don't remember seeing any markings on the packaging and the description does not specify. I am assuming China but you could ask the manufacturer, Asvin.
Question:	does this mat contain PVC
Answer:	I’ve had this mat for 5 months. About half the time I rinse and hang it over a tub rail to dry, and half the time it just sits flat. I have had no problems with the mat - specifically, no mold odor or discoloration. It’s not visually attractive but it has good grip without suction cups and is pleasant underfoot. I bought it after finding out that suction cup mats are bad on resurfaced tubs. Recommended.

Question:	Is it a non-slip on the back? I don't have a picture on the back
Answer:	I have the clear one. Mine is not slippery even when there is a lot of soap on it. It had small drainage holes that let the soapy water run out. Very satisfied with it. Will have a funny smell when new and dry but it goes away after about 1 week of daily use.
