Answer:	Generally you want to keep your dilution at 2-3%. So in these bottles that would be 6-8 drops of eo then fill with coconut oil.

Question:	Are both the same or is there a difference between the two
Answer:	I believe the red is "softer" while the black is more firm. I have the black and prefer that cause I feel it really digs into the muscle to loosen it up. Of course it depends if you do it on the hard surface or carpet makes a difference too. It's all subjective. It should include both so you can alternate if you want.

If I squeeze them really hard between the heels of my hands I am only able to make very small dents which then disappear immediately as soon as I release that pressure.
