Answer:	You can use it with or without lotions or oils. I usually use it without, as I'm sensitive to scents. It really would just depend on your personal preference, if you want to add an oil or anything in conjunction with the roller.

Answer:	I pretty sure you can't heat them up. Doing so would probably damage the balls. You could probably freeze them put I'm sure they wouldn't stay frozen very long. Personally, I place the balls on the floor, about 1" apart, and lie down on them face up. I then slowly move my body along the floor which causes the balls to move down my spine. Feels great when the ball comes in contact with a pressure point.

Question:	hey,are the balls supposed to roll
Answer:	not from what I can tell nor from the video they posted. I did get mine to roll by loosening them a bit and then they can roll back and forth. The video shows that the function is more of a scissoring motion and is really much more of a massage when used that way.

Answer:	To what I see the ball can't be removed. However, I don't foresee any problem with sticking it in the freezer. I will mention that the outer casing appears to me to be plastic, so freezing over an extended period of time may make it brittle (in which case the ball would come out- and your problem would be over)

Answer:	It is not battery operated. There is one side that you place your hand on and strap it down. Then you just roll it on the body in which ever direction you please

Answer:	You could but you have to put a lot motion with that portion of your body. I would suggest slipping it over your hand and massage the back of your legs as recommended by manufacturers. This devise truly works well for me.

Answer:	Yes! This can help with sciatica. It is small enough to dig into the upper glute and Performis muscles which will help the sciatica.

Answer:	This ball is not battery operated. There are no cables, you simply roll it on muscles that require a deeper massage than you can get from a foam roller (piriformis, shoulder, etc.)
Question:	does it come in a larger size
Answer:	The Muscle Max Massage Ball is 3.2 inches so is already larger than most massage balls (e.g. larger than a lacrosse ball or tennis ball or any of the spiky balls etc). It currently only comes in the 3.2 inch size. However, we are currently developing a larger size massage ball with the same trigger point grid texture. Answer:	I did not find any odor from mine. I even just smelled them to be sure. No smell at all.
Question:	Soft vs Hard - does this describe the softness/hardness of the spikes, or does soft vs hard describe hollow vs solid
Answer:	It describes both the hardness/softness of spikes and how "squeezable" they are. The hard ball is not pliable at all--very hard. The soft ball is flexible--just the right amount for me.
Question:	is the green one soft or are both balls hard
Answer:	The green is softer than the red and larger. I love it for back rubs. It is soft enough that it can be moved over shoulder blades and spine without pain.
Question:	They look very well made & pretty self explanatory or is there a special exercise I need to do with them
Answer:	No special exercise as far as I know, just roll then underneath your feet. they have been very helpful after a long day of standing.
