Answer:	It doesn't stall with force. But it will kick your hand back if you push to hard or roll over any bones. It's not meant to be used on anywhere too boney. I have applied plenty of force to try to break up the knots in my shoulders and it goes strong.

For example the Fork attachment does well along the spine and around the Achilles tendon etc Ultimately it's up to your creativity.
