Answer:	I love this cupping set! Make sure the cup is level against your skin; you can't get suction if it's half on any of your bones. It works great in the center of your shoulder blades. Answer:	I bought the 4 cup set from this manufacturer and their are only pros, no cons. They are soft, easy to grip and do a much better job than the heated glass globes that we used previously. I can do cupping on myself whereas the heated glass globes were nearly impossible without doing ridiculous contortions. Suction Cupping principals.

Suction Cups produce vacuums on the body's surface by manually withdrawing the air through the suction gun, rather than the traditional way of burning up oxygen. If you think of massage in terms of positive pressure (pressing in on body tissues), then you can think of Massage Suction Cupping as a negative pressure, drawing body tissues outward from the body, to stimulate them with a reverse massage. The skin is pressed up against the magnetic "needles" or points, when they are used.

Massage Suction Cupping is a modernized form of Cupping therapy. It adopts a suction gun to produce a negative air pressure vacuum inside cups which have been placed on the skin. The suction works to release rigid soft tissues and muscles. The skin may redden after the cup is left in place for a few minutes. The purpose of using cups in this way is to apply pressure for relaxation of muscles and overall promotion of well-being.

Optional magnetic therapy.

Also included are magnetic "needles" (non-penetrating pressure-giving points) of both polarities, which give balanced magnetic exposure of traditional acupuncture points. The magnetic "needles" (strength 2000 ~ 2500 gauss) apply a continuous, spring-adjusted pressure on the skin when installed. 1. Before use gently lift the cups piston to ensure a smooth airflow.
2. Insert the small end of tube connector into the green rubber adapter connected to the pump.
3. Insert the big end of connector tube into green rubber adapter and put it onto a cup body.
4. After installation , pull a trigger of the vacuum gun and check the air flow.
5. place the cup on a spot where treatment is needed , and pull the pump 2-3 times to reach the appropriate negative pressure.
6. After the body surface was pulled inside the cup, gently turn the cup left and right , then press cup piston down to prevent air leakage.
7. After the treatment cup can be removed by lifting a piston.

Question:	can these be used on your neck and face
Answer:	If you use them on your neck for a long period of time (or any part of your body) they may create large red circles like hickies. So unless you are comfortable with that and the pain is too much I say go for it. If you use it on your face I would suggest for less than a minute. Or use oil and move the cups around. Question:	Are these movable so you can massage with them
Answer:	Yes! They are thick silicone, if you put oil on the skin they do slide. They pop off a bit easier than fire cups, but a lot easier to suction back in quickly. I use them to slide/massage they work great.
Question:	How often would these need to be replaced? Is there a number of uses
Answer:	The silicon cups are very durable. That s why I went with them instead of rubber or plastic. I have no idea if I will ever need to replace them. I wash them after each use and have not noticed any change in durability.

Answer:	I have washed mine in the dishwasher on the top shelf and they are fine. I don't use the dry cycle
