Answer:	I have never heard of that so wouldnt know. I use brush on Gel nail glue that Walmart sells for 2.98 and it works just fine.

You at least need a base/top glue and an activator to activate the acrylic powder. Color Club does these amazing starter kits with 3 full-size bottles and 3 half-size color powders in awesome colors, usually 2 solid & a glitter or Holo for $20 (when just for one bottle of the liquid it's $12 on Amazon and a full size of one color powder is $16). They don't sell them on Amazon anymore, but you can order on Walmart and get them to ship it to your closet local store for free. WORTH IT. I bought a starter when I saw them in stores before Xmas, and ordered two more off the Wal-Mart website/app when they ran out of stock in the store.
