Answer:	Someone along the way thought it would be good idea to change from the cap in the picture ,that worked fine, to the childproof style that doesn't stay on at all. I kept a cap from Neosporin and use that on the Brave Soldier.

Answer:	Yes the balm is very temperature sensitive.It will solidify in a cold room and it will liquefy when it comes off a hot delivery truck.
