Answer:	The air pressure is only applied from the top of the side of your feet. At max air intensity, with the acupressure rollers off, it just rubs my feet with not much pressure (for scale, I wear men's 10.5 shoes, and am tall and skinny). My calves are relatively skinny, so the fit is not great, it will not cover the whole of your calves very well. With the acupressure rollers on, and at max intensity for both settings, it can be rather painful, close enough at times to feel the need to shutdown immediately (though not as painful as some other other popular devices which felt like some damage might be done at max).

Answer:	Yes it was pleasantly thick and creamy. Very soft and gets lite once you start working with it. A little goes a long way. Depending on how you use it. What I like most is that it leave a clean feeling on the skin.
Question:	What are the ingredients
Answer:	I stopped using this product over 1 year ago. The first time I ordered it, I really liked the consistency for massage. The next 2 batches, however, were runny and actually separated and became sticky on the skin. I switched to Biotone Swedish Massage Lotion. So, long story short, I do not know, but wanted to give you other feedback on the product for your information.
