Question:	How much force does it take? I feel like it would be counterproductive to use it on a muscle that's tensing from using the product
Answer:	You would be surprised that it doesn't require much force at all on your part to get good results. I don't feel any fatigue or aching of the muscles required to push or pull the Body Back Buddy in the opposite direction of the muscle I'm wanting to target. If anything I have to be careful not to pull or push too hard because then I might make the target area more sore than it was before using the tool. And I'm a woman!
