And I also have a nonskid-backed bath floor mat that works well on any floor including carpet. "Big Red" has largely gotten me through Plantar Fasciitis. I spend several minutes per foot from under the toes to the back ridge of the heel. When done my feet feel totally relaxed. I do even the ridge edges of the entire foot.
