Answer:	I suppose it's possible to do anything of a 'good' thing too much. What's wrong with your foot? Do you have plantar fasciitis? I typically use mine once a day. It helps to massage and loosen up the arches of my feet.

Answer:	I don't think so. You should be sitting when you use it. If you're using it for both feet, I run one foot over it while the other is resting on the other side then run my foot on the other side, then back and forth. Or, just one foot and I keep my foot on the other side but I don't have a problem with it falling over.

Answer:	I have not cleaned it yet but I’m sure you can. It’s made of wood which doesn’t really like to get wet. I use it with clean feet or socks on so it hasn’t got dirty yet.

Answer:	Yes, they can squeak a little bit as the lubricant the manufacturer used dries up. Per the manufacturer, you can just re-lubricate the rollers with WD-40 or I will likely use harmless vegetable oil. Hope this helps.

Answer:	Wood is obviously hard but it doesn't feel hard on the feet. Depending on my day sometimes I'll keep socks on while using this as that softens up the feel, but in order to get the best experience I use bare feet on it. The pointy rollers are interesting at times, kind of ticklish on my feet. I prefer just the normal rollers and they feel smooth and gentle. I cannot feel the design of the wood as the rollers move, if that's what your're thinking.
