Answer:	Yes. I tried it and it works in a chair and in bed. BUT beware, the balls are really hard, so if you sleep on top of it, it will be very uncomfortable. It is hard for me to do it in bed for more than a few minutes. It is easier to do it on bed on my neck, but even that cannot be done for more than 10 minutes. I usually put my back against a wall, and have this pillow between the wall and my back. Overall, I would recommend this if you have deep strain in your back or neck.

Answer:	Because of the varying symptoms and manifestations of neuropathy, that is hard to answer. My initial thought is that it would cause some pain because of the protrusions on the TheraFlow rollers. If there is any sensitivity at all on the bottoms of the feet I would not recommend it.

Question:	How intense is the highest massage settings? My feet and calves require fairly intense pressure point massage to alleviate pain and numbness conditio
Answer:	The air pressure is only applied from the top of the side of your feet. At max air intensity, with the acupressure rollers off, it just rubs my feet with not much pressure (for scale, I wear men's 10.5 shoes, and am tall and skinny). My calves are relatively skinny, so the fit is not great, it will not cover the whole of your calves very well. With the acupressure rollers on, and at max intensity for both settings, it can be rather painful, close enough at times to feel the need to shutdown immediately (though not as painful as some other other popular devices which felt like some damage might be done at max).

Answer:	Straplets need at least a little heel (0.25 inches or higher) to fit properly. As you can see in our product video, you slip Straplets under your shoe's heel, and it is the heel that holds Straplets in place. If your shoe is completely flat (with no heel at all), or a wedge shoe, then Straplets will not work. But if your shoe has even a little heel, it will fit.

Question:	Does this massage the heel also
Answer:	It needs a bit of a heel to work well, as pictured in the product photo. It is a strap. You hook it under the heel, slide it up snug around you shoe, and then put your foot into the shoe and fasten the strap around your ankle. I suppose it could work on a flat shoe as long as it wasn't a wedge or platform, with a super thick sole. It needs something to sort of hold it in place and that's what the heel does.
