How to use it?

1. Long press controller power button for 5 seconds to check if there is electricity. If not, please charge it for about two hours first untill the red button light stop flickering. If so, just continue step 2.

2. Put your legs into the correct wrap: right leg into “ R ”, left leg into “ L ”.The massager channel connection place shows the ''R'' and ''L‘’.

3. Get on the velcro. Don’t wrap too tight, it is recommended to leave a gap that you can put 2 fingers in it.

4. Plugin the connector into the corresponding hole of the handheld controller as you like. There are two ways to connect.(UP&Down, Right&Left ). The connector must be plugged in completely.

Question:	Do I need to replace pad every time? Or between family member use
Answer:	No the pads get replaced only when they no longer will stick to the skin. I have used mine for over 50-75 times and they still stick, although I have rinsed them with water a few times. As for sharing between family members, I'd probably want my own set of pads.
Question:	What is the max electrical charge in mA
Answer:	The booklet says 70 volts at 500 ohms. Using the conversion factor of 1000 mA per volt, that means this unit has a maximum output of 70000 mA at 500 ohms (whatever that means). Considering the fact that the average TENS unit outputs about 80 mA, 70,000 mA seems like enough electricity to supply power to New York City for a week. I'm joking but that amount does seem extreme. Maybe someone with some knowledge of electricity can make sense of it.
Question:	How long are the cords on the unit? I need it for lower calf pain and was wondering if they are long enough to fit under clothing to use at work
Answer:	4 ft (48 inches). You can also get a larger pad that gives a larger coverage area. I love my unit. I use it every day and it has helped me so much with pain management. You can t go wrong with this and I think the cord is long enough to use on your calf.
Question:	Can it use rechargable batteries
Answer:	All AA and AAA rechargeable batteries are only 1.25 volts each. All alkaline and carbon batteries of this size are 1.5 volts each; using two produces 3.0 volts. Always avoid using rechargeable batteries if you want to have maximum power.

Answer:	There are only six, but there are 4 different levels for each of the six. I was a bit confused by this also, and they are a bit deceptive to advertise 24 different modes. You just go to a mode selector (the "M") and as you click it you will see the numbers `1,2,3,4 appear. That will enable you to select the mode level you find best for you.
Question:	What is the warranty
Answer:	It will be a Lifetime warranty if purchased direct or from their Amazon store, and you register within a 30 day period. You must contact them for an RMA and You must pay cost of shipping unit to Ca. and include a $11.99 return shipping fee. Not that great of a warranty after all. IMHO. For a few dollars more you can purchase a new unit. I suspect that's what their counting on.

Answer:	I cracked the screen on mine a couple months ago. And they replaced it for free. All you have to do is contact them and send the damaged one back.

Answer:	I actually contacted the company asking about a clip. That I lookwd on their website and did not see one available to purchase. I told them it would be a great a accessory, as I needed it and specifically purchased this unit so I could go walking. They said they do not carry clips at this time. Answer:	Press start after you enter each feature. After the third mode is entered, press set/start and an intensity level should come up, usually a number three. Then you will need to scroll up/down, to start feeling anything, usually need to go up to about a 10 out of 20 to start feeling anything. Make sure the cord is firmly in the unit. It is a very tight fit. If not seeded right, unit will not work.
