Answer:	No the pads get replaced only when they no longer will stick to the skin. I have used mine for over 50-75 times and they still stick, although I have rinsed them with water a few times. As for sharing between family members, I'd probably want my own set of pads.

Answer:	The booklet says 70 volts at 500 ohms. Using the conversion factor of 1000 mA per volt, that means this unit has a maximum output of 70000 mA at 500 ohms (whatever that means). Considering the fact that the average TENS unit outputs about 80 mA, 70,000 mA seems like enough electricity to supply power to New York City for a week. I'm joking but that amount does seem extreme. Maybe someone with some knowledge of electricity can make sense of it.

Answer:	Yes! This product is designed to be used effectively when sitting down. You can use it both feet at once. If you wish to use it standing up, then you would have to use it one foot at a time.
Question:	Could this be used by someone with neuropathy, or would it cause pain
Answer:	Because of the varying symptoms and manifestations of neuropathy, that is hard to answer. My initial thought is that it would cause some pain because of the protrusions on the TheraFlow rollers. If there is any sensitivity at all on the bottoms of the feet I would not recommend it.

Question:	I have a hard time to turn on and off this machine. Can you tell me how you guys turn it on and off. Thanks
Answer:	Mine turns on for 3 seconds, no lights on the controls, then turns itself off. I sent it back but I'm ordering another one hoping it will work. Its the only machine that will massage calves and and potentially arms so, I'm crossing my fingers!
