Answer:	I initially found the curved design caused knee pain. I adjusted my stance and that resolved. After 8 weeks of use, I no longer get the knee pain. I love the many options available with the 4D. My only wish was a flat surface but I have no plans to trade in my 4D for any other model because I do love it.
Question:	What do you hold on to when you are standing on this plate
Answer:	We picked up a inexpensive portal clothes rack that can be easily adjusted for height. Less than 25 bucks on Amazon. We strap the remote to the top bar which makes it super easy to adjust what program you are on. Did not put the wheels on it. Works great and basically use it as a balance point as we both like to move around on the plate, facing the front and also right and left. You do not really need it but if sure make it more comfortable to have it as a balance point if you want to move around on the plate while it is running. Typically use in manual with all functions running at the same time and work up to top speed rather quickly. Just resting a finger on it helps with any fear of falling off it. Awsome machine.. love it.

Answer:	If you are the only person using the ParaSpa Plus, the wax can be re-used. Simply put the wax back into the tub to re-melt. If multiple people are using the unit you should not reuse the wax, you will want to discard the wax when you peel it from your had and add new wax to the ParaSpa. You should never use the ParaSpa with less than 2.5 lbs of wax.

This unit chills the water much faster turned on than if you just leave it off. when empty, there is a fine element heating wire that does NOT, in ANY WAY, maintain the heat in the water. If you think you are buying a product that will give you a relaxing WARM foot soak, you are looking at the wrong product. I did some extensive testing and the temp drops below room temp in 4 minutes, no matter the starting temp or the room temp. your feet get COLD! I cannot recommend anyone ever buy this product. By the way, The company will not respond, I tried a dozen times or more, because It was given to me at my request, for a father's day gift. It is junk!
