Question:	Why can't you use it for more than 15 mintues? Is it dangerous? I am confused
Answer:	I don't recall reading that in the instructions, but I have definitely used mine for hours. For me, the heat does become uncomfortable after awhile, and so I prefer to not use that feature. And I have fallen asleep on mine, with no issue. But maybe the product could potentially over heat...? It has a pre-set shut off time, which is never long enough for me, so I restart it over and over again. And maybe after the 5th time, the kneading function will cease working, (vibration continues to work), and then I know it's time to let it cool down. After letting it sit for a period, it works again just fine. So to answer your question... no, I don't think it is dangerous. But if you use it repeatedly, don't use the heat, and immediately shut it off if you hear grinding, or "not-normal" sounds, or smell any burning. You may be demanding too much of it. Having said that, I have pushed mine to that point over and over again for a year and although it is breaking down finally... it actually still works. I'm extremely impressed that it has lasted that long and held up to the abuse I put it through. I have used it to the point where it has created burns, (like a rug burn), on my skin... And that could be the other reason they recommend limiting use to 15 mins. If you stay in the same spot and bear all your weight on it... it will start to create a burn on your skin. Keep in mind, this is NOT how it is supposed to be used. But for me, the relief from muscle spasms is well worth the minor skin irritation, and to get that relief, I have to lay my entire 180 pounds onto it. The fact that I have been able to do that over and over again speaks to the quality of this item. I highly recommend it, and I am buying another one!!
Question:	Why do they tell you not to use shiatsu before bedtime because it may delay sleep? I thought massage is relaxing
Answer:	Thanks for your question. Shiatsu is an invigorating massage and some people may not find it relaxing enough to use the product before bedtime.
Question:	Can you turn off the vibration and just have shiatsu
Answer:	Yes. You can even turn off the vibration and have shiatsu or shiatsu and heat. Everything is toggelable. Believe it or not, you can also just do vibration and heat, don't see why but you can do it.We bought it for the neck and back but wind up primarily using it as a foot massage and it works very well. I think this is probably the most versatile small massager I have ever owned and it has some pretty nice power. (tip - for foot massage, always use clean socks!)
