Answer:	The short answer is YES! My chair does not work and my husband has been going back and forth with the seller trying to resolve the issue. We were initially willing to troubleshoot if the problem was an easy fix, but it appears that the seller wants us to go above and beyond what should be expected for a NEW product. I, at this point, just want a refund. Hopefully, Amazon will be easier to deal with than this particular seller moving forward. Apparently, the size of the chair is a big obstacle for the seller when it comes to returning it. I'll let you know how things turn out.

Answer:	DO NOT Purchase this item. I have a very bad experience with this company. I enjoyed the chair while it lasted. IN under 18 months the chair broke, the pressure wouldn't build. I had a 3 years warranty from manufacturer. No email responses, no one calls you back. I called them like 30 times and left messages. Practically no customer service. You will have to spend over $400 to ship yourself. I purchased a chair in COSTCO for $1150. reliable and I can return in next 3 years if it breaks.

Question:	How long does it take to heat up
Answer:	It heats up very quickly and efficiently. Remember this is a vibrating massage and not a shiatsu style massage. I found the shiatsu to be more comforting and that is why I returned the product. Plus, it is a sit-on style massager which gives your upper thighs massage and heat. I found it uncomfortable sitting on it, as your thighs eventually get tired of feeling it digging into your legs even when it is not selected to massage that particular area. I am not a heavy person so wait was not a factor in my discomfort. If you are happy with vibration you will like this product. I prefer something that has no seat attached to it and just works on your back, it is difficult to find inventory of the shiatsu version of this product made by the same company. Perhaps there was a problem and they pulled them off the shelves I do not know but it keeps telling me that version is not available. Good luck and may you be pain-free!

Answer:	Absolutely it would be perfect for a pregnant lady. I have one issue with this chair...The cushion. It is not comfortable. If one has. a well to do booty possibly ok for that person. I don’t ;) I am also 5’5” and I think buying An additional cushion will assist with that comfort and my shoulders reaching the shoulder airbags. But all in all perfect for a pregnant lady ;) and congratulations.

There are no rollers or heating elements in the seat. My girlfriend is 5 feet even...and when she places the cushion down..she gets neck..arms without any issues. The shoulder air pads..are not that important to me and her. For a plus...the heating on this chair is SUPERB. HOPE this helps you out

Answer:	Absolutely! I have an Earthlite heat and fleece cover on my table topped with another super thick fleece and this cover fits perfectly. I also place a jumbo half bolster underneath it and it still fits perfectly.

Answer:	Not sure what you mean by "facial bed." A massage table with a hole on it? If that is the case, the answer is no. These sheets have no holes in them.

Answer:	I have had a set of these for awhile and to be honest with you, they are perfect for massage therapy work. They fit the table perfect and they are very soft. I use Tide Detergent to wash my sheets in, so they do not have any lotion or gel marks on them.
