Answer:	My pads have lasted over a year with very regular use. Here is what I've learned. 1) Use them on clean skin. No lotions, massage oils etc.2) Get a small saucer of water, dip your finger into it and rub the contact (adheive) side of the pad before you put it on and after you take it off. This keeps the adhesive from drying out. Just a few drops per pad. Don't need to power wash it.3) Don't connect to the leads until you put them on. Have a friend / partner help if needed.4) Hold the connectors close to the end when you connect and disconnect. In other words, don't grab them by the wires and try to plug them in. ESPECIALLY when disconnecting.5) Take extra care NOT to pull on the cord once attached. #1 cause of damage is the wires getting damaged.6) Gently remove by pulling the corner of the pad. DO NOT pull the wires!!!7) Disconnect and immediately clean the adhesive side with water and stick back on the plastic card they came with.

I have had none fail, but would not wish to be caught when in need, waiting for replacements! The oils from your skin are the culprit, along with allowing them to be stored and exposed to drying out in ambient conditions; thus the oil & perspiration issue. Simply peel them off your skin, re-attach and you're good to go. In some instances, I will leave them on and wired throughout the day, repeating the treatments as needed.Great units!!

Answer:	There are only six, but there are 4 different levels for each of the six. I was a bit confused by this also, and they are a bit deceptive to advertise 24 different modes. You just go to a mode selector (the "M") and as you click it you will see the numbers `1,2,3,4 appear. That will enable you to select the mode level you find best for you.

Answer:	It will be a Lifetime warranty if purchased direct or from their Amazon store, and you register within a 30 day period. You must contact them for an RMA and You must pay cost of shipping unit to Ca. and include a $11.99 return shipping fee. Not that great of a warranty after all. IMHO. For a few dollars more you can purchase a new unit. I suspect that's what their counting on.
