1. Connect the pads to the wire by snapping them on,then remove the protective film.

2. Place pads where the massage sensations are desired. And plug into one of the ports on the device.For additional relief use the second port and repeat procedure to put on another two pads. 3. Turn the device on by sliding the on/ off switch on the top of the unit. The unit will be now activated.

Answer:	There are only six, but there are 4 different levels for each of the six. I was a bit confused by this also, and they are a bit deceptive to advertise 24 different modes. You just go to a mode selector (the "M") and as you click it you will see the numbers `1,2,3,4 appear. That will enable you to select the mode level you find best for you.

Answer:	It will be a Lifetime warranty if purchased direct or from their Amazon store, and you register within a 30 day period. You must contact them for an RMA and You must pay cost of shipping unit to Ca. and include a $11.99 return shipping fee. Not that great of a warranty after all. IMHO. For a few dollars more you can purchase a new unit. I suspect that's what their counting on.

I told them it would be a great a accessory, as I needed it and specifically purchased this unit so I could go walking. They said they do not carry clips at this time. • Directions for use: _ Press the wire plug to the output port at the top of the unit; Connect the electrode pads to the electrode wire by inserting pins to the female pin electrodes; Make sure each part connected firmly. _ Remove the protective film and place the electrode pads on the targeted area, making sure that both pads are attached on the skin tightly and not overlapping; _ Turn on the unit via the on/off switch; it will automatically start from mode 1 and level 1; _ Change the modes by pressing one of the 15 different mode buttons displayed on the front of your device; _To Control your A1/A2 ports use the intensity buttons located on the left hand side of the device. Increase the intensity by pressing intensity (+) button for the channel A in use; Please increase the intensity gradually and gently to test your acceptance level of the intensity; to decrease the strength, press the (–) button for the channel A in use; To control your B1/B2 ports use the intensity buttons located on the right-hand side of the device. Answer:	Dear CCL, You must use the +/- to increase and decrease the stimulation. You can have two different stimulation levels for each side (A&B). The level is what is it. Answer:	I'm sorry but I don't know. I use it for arthritis pain and it works well for that. It says in the instruction booklet that you can put it on the abdomen and it helps stimulate the gluteus muscles for better athletic performance. But it doesn't mention menstrual cramps

Answer:	I don’t know, but I don’t like this product because whatever material they used to make it stick and disperse the electrical current is extremely irritant to your skin causing rashes, swelling and painful dermatitis. I had to see my doctor and purchase a prescription to relieve the symptoms. I had contacted Amazon to exchange this product for another but I was past the return period. So I have a bunch that are unusable as far as I’m concerned.
