But as a stand-alone, there may be better products out there. I supplement it with 5 g of creatine and a glass of carrot or carrot/beet juice before a work-out. That combination kicks butt and gives fast recovery.

Answer:	Yes any liquid even juices if u wanted to make a smoothie. I add 1/4 cup of raw oats and I use 1/4 organic Coconut milk/ water and a a squirt of chocolate syrup when it's vanilla. And just hand stir it. It fills me up and it tastes fairly good. At times I rather have a shake vs food to not cook! Plus I make it at night and if I wake up to snack, I find my shake and have that.

Question:	Which flavor is the most delicious? I am very picky with protein shakes. Which taste best between chocolate and stawberry
Answer:	My personal favorites are caramel, vanilla cafe latte and banana in that order. Pumpkin spice was also tasty in small quantities (I've piecemealed my order since October). Peaches and cream and strawberries and cream were just okay but based on smell and their sacrine sweet taste i felt like i was drinking something akin to a scented candle. As for the choco varieties, i have yet to find a chocolate protein shake i like, this was no different. Yuck! Im not a fan of cinnamon so i skipped cinnamon roll all together.

Answer:	Milk protein and lactose are two different things. A person with lactose intolerance can still have milk protein. Milk protein is a protein and lactose is a sugar. The ingredients indicate only 1g of sugar, but list sucralose. Sucralose is a sugar, so this is where the 1g of sugar is coming from. Ensure Max Protein drinks also list 1g of sugar with sucralose listed as a sugar and it is suitable for lactose intolerance individuals. I have not had the Premier Protein shakes, but I've had the Ensure Max with no problems and I am lactose intolerant.

Question:	i put mine in freezer and get them slushy. then i was told if i freeze it take the protein out. is this true
Answer:	Freezing them could change the consistency if you freeze them and thaw them out. That's why freezing milk isn't recommended. The only way to change the protein would be with heat. With the right application of heat, you can denature protein. A good experiment to see this at work is frying an egg. That's why the clear runny stuff around the yolk turns white while you cook it. Freeze away (I love dumping it in a blender with ice to get a similar effect.)

Answer:	There's a misleading answer here, this won't knock you out of ketosis the sugar content is too small, it's okay to have 1-5g of sugar maybe more without getting knocked out of ketosis. Common mistake people make is assuming no sugar is goal, aim for as low as possible, because yes sugar doesn't mix with this diet, but it takes more than the 1g in this to knock you out of ketosis, that person's mistake was somewhere else and this product was not at fault. I have lost 50lbs on this shake mix and kale or lettuce with it. Avoid carbs and limit your calories, to keep the weight off you have to take what you learn as you go and always apply it. Everything you consume can either provide nutrients or make you fat all the info to figure this out is usually on the label.
