Answer:	"Meal" would give you more energy per serving "Fit" would give you more satiation with the extra 8g protein per serving. "Fit" is designed for weight loss, withs some extra ingredients to help with weight loss. "Meal" has a greens blend, and a fruit and vegetable blend, whereas "Fit" doesn't. Both can help with losing weight thanks to the high amount of protein and fiber, with almost not fat or carbs. Fit will provide you more satiation per serving due to the extra protein. Meal should give you more energy per serving due to the greens, fruit and vegetable blend. It also contains more vitamins due to these blends, including b vitamins. Answer:	No chocolate flavor at all. Tastes like grains and pea protein and is gritty, so if you like that taste, you might like it.

Answer:	The product being sold here shows 0% vit. A in the description/pictures and it says the same thing on the jar that I received. I take extra vit. A anyway so it doesn't matter to me but, if it matters to you, throw a carrot in your blender with this, buy a bottle of vitamin A, or pay twice as much for a product with vitamin A in it.

Answer:	not in my opinion. It taste better, especially if you add what you like to it

Answer:	If you're looking for recovery nutrition for post workout, this Organic Meal is great because your body needs to replace carbs and protein right away.Take immediately after training for best results and that will also stave off empty calorie cravings later. Answer:	I made the “cheesecake” recipe that’s shown, tasted nothing like cheesecake but more like cool whip. Texture was off and it looked nothing like the picture shown. I would not do it again. Haven’t tried baking anything else with this.......

Answer:	I went straight to the ingredients once I seen sucralose that was a big nope for me. I’m not Keto right now but I know from researching it before artificial sweeteners are a no no. But just in general artificial sweeteners should be a no no they are horrible. Also natural and artificial flavoring what the heck is that? It’s so hard to find a great tasting protein powder now days not made with artificial junk. When you do it’s really expensive and/or tastes like dirt.
