Question:	Doctor recommend citracal 1200 slow release. nature's bounty are not slow release. is there a difference between them
Answer:	The difference I am aware of is that Citrical is calcium citrate and Natures bounty is calcium carbonate. Calcium carbonate is more common and cheaper. However, calcium citrate is more easily absorbed by the body. I have found through experience that it has fewer side effects (eg. constipation) and my doctor says that your bones benefit more from that form of calcium so the cost differential is worth it. Question:	One of the reviews said, that there is not inner seal. Is this a concern. How do we know the product hasn't been tampered
Answer:	I just checked my unopened bottled. It was doubled sealed. Plastic on the outside and a seal on the inside. I had an inner seal on my bottle, so I know that my bottle is safe.
Question:	Confused! do these contain rose hips, zinc, echinacea? won't order until i get a firm answer
Answer:	No, I do not believe so. They have a new formulation which contains only Vitamin C and they are gross! They stick to your teeth like CRAZY! Back in March of 2020, the formulation was great and did contain zinc and echinacea. I tried contacting the company and they said they were responding to "customer feedback." So I guess their customers were asking them to remove the zinc and echinacea and make them stick-to-your-teeth sticky?? Highly doubtful.
