So the effect might be more obvious for me than it would for a younger woman with breasts that haven't been "used" yet (breastfeeding). Now, my husband notices more often & that's as important to me as how often I notice it! This is like any other supplement - they aren't an instant fix. They take time & normally 3 months is the length of time I give something like this to work to be fair. If you aren't noticing anything by then, it might not be the particular supplements that you need. But, I know I was pleasantly surprised when this started working for me.
