Answer:	if you want to eat Amla(Indian gooseberry) and not worry about the adulteration then buy frozen Amla which comes in a packet from any Indian grocery store. They are green and frozen. The only thing is then you would have to thaw it a little before you can cut around the stone and add it in your smoothie or curries. Green Amla does not taste bitter, little sour, but not acidic as Amla is not acidic, but alkaline.

You may find it easier to mix them in a separate bowl and combine them once the avocado is well mashed. Lightly rub the mixture into your face. Answer:	It does not taste wonderful. It is quite astringent and bitter, but not unbearably so. Mixing it with some juice might help it be more palatable. I take the amla powder straight, and chase it down quickly with some water...just to get it over with haha!

• Wash and clean all the Amla with water. Microwave cleaned Amla for about 10 minutes so that they become soft. You can also use pressure cooker to give steam.
• After that take out the seeds from Amla and grind the Amla in a mixer.

Answer:	I messaged the company and asked for a copy of the COA. The product has .22mg of lead per kg of powder. Lead is a neurotoxin and not safe to ingest in any amount. I got a full refund. The company said it tested “negative” for arsenic and heavy metals, but that just means the amount of these toxins were below the arbitrary limit set by the company.

Ingredients: 1 tsp moringa powder; 1 cup green lentils + 3 cups water; 2 carrots; 2 celery sticks; 4 cups vegetable stock; fresh coriander, chopped; salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions

Finely chop the carrots celery and add them to a saucepan with the lentils and water. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for ~25 mins, until the lentils are soft. Indian Gooseberry is a fibrous fruits containing fibers and microfibers which are considered vital to the nutrition value that the fruit is known for. We believe in full plant nutrition and therefore believe that by simply taking the juice out of the fruit the product is void of many of the other essential components. As our aim is to deliver a juice to the end consumer that is as nutritiously similar to the actual fruit we intentionally add fiber from the fruit back into the juice. Question:	Why does is say Moringa Leaf instead of Amla
Answer:	My guess is that someone just messed up when designing the label. I had not noticed that the "Supplement Facts" list on the bottle said "moringa" until Amazon sent me your question. The main front part of the label says "amla" as does the box around the bar code way down in the bottom right of the label. All over the label it talks about amla. It is just in the supplement facts list as moringa. I am pretty sure some employee messed up and either got fired or severely reprimanded for that mistake. And it is a pretty bad mistake. That list should be precisely accurate. Checking the actual product, I believe this is definitely amla. Moringa has always been green whenever I have seen it. The powder in these capsules is kind of a tan or beige, which is what any amla I remember seeing is. Also, I just tasted the contents of one of these capsules, and it absolutely tastes like amla (nasty).
