Answer:	I've been taking sublingual 5000 mcg B12 for about 3 months. I really don't think you should expect to see your energy level go up. I haven't noticed anything like that. I have slight nerve damage in my shoulder for years and B12 has definitely reduced the stiffness/pain from that. Probably has different effects on different people.

In the original version, we used added vitamins and minerals to the fruit and veggie blend that delivered higher daily dosages that you see in the micronutrient section. To create a natural product from real foods, we removed that added blend from the grass-fed version.
