Answer:	I do not feel any effects. This is a vitamin needed to produce red blood cells.

Answer:	The instructions on the bottle just say "Store in a cool, dry place". Doesn't say anything about needing to refrigerate it. Ive just been leaving mine on my nightstand so I can take it as soon as I wake up! We've used several other liquid B12's and none of them required refrigeration.

Answer:	The ingredients are listed on the bottle. But for more of an explanation, B12 is needed by the human body and methylcobalamin is the more readily absorbable B12 that is available on the market. I think the other one that you can buy in supplement form is called Cyancobalamin, but it is not as readily absorbed by the body so I would not buy that one. As humans age the body's ability to absorb B12 is not as good and the body does not usually absorb B12 as well, so it is especially important for vegans and older people to take a good supplement of methylcobalamin. Most B12 sources come from animal sources, provided that those animals get it from the soil, and since soils are depleted in our modern society, it is probably good to take a B12 supplement even if you are not vegan, especially as you age. I understand that taking it sublingually (dissolving under the tongue) is also more absorbable than just swallowing it. You can look up methylcobalamin on wikipedia.org/methylcobalamin for a more scientific explanation or look in books on health, such as Prescription for Nutritional Healing by Phyllis Balch. Answer:	Citrus extract may have some sugar in it, but it should be minimal, and citrus extract has been shown in some studies to actually benefit diabetics. Glycerin tastes sweet and sometimes used as a sugar substitute for diabetic friendly products. Answer:	A week? Couple days? Depends on your system and how low your b12 is... B12 allows you to absorb energy from food. If you have a good level of b12 in your system already you will not notice an increase in energy. B12 is like a gate for energy. The larger the gate the more absorption. However if your level is not low boosting it will not make a difference. If you do notice a difference in energy I would start questioning why. If could be a symptom of a bigger issue. Also, smoking and antacids will lower your level.

Answer:	There is no official seal. This is my first bottle of this B12. This stuff works better on my extremely sensitive body than all of the other types I have tried in 12 years. Look on the bottle or the box and call her or e-mail her if you need more information. She encourages that.
