Along with the essential oils, it contains fractionated coconut oil that is there to protect your skin from the harshness of contact with straight essential oils. So back to your original question, can you use Stress Relief in a diffuser? Well, it depends. The answer is yes if your diffuser atomizes essential oils using an ultrasonic vibration action rather than heat. Inositol (anxiety and insomnia and a gazillion other things) 100 mg Melatonin 0.5 (this helps set your day/night rhythm. I find it interesting that they use the minimum does. Doses go from 0.5 to 10 mg now. Less is more it would seem.)
