Answer:	Yes, but you can buy regular B6 cheaper. B6 helps promote sleep. A vitamin B complex will give you energy, but B6 alone will help you sleep through the night. For adults you can get B6 in capsule form cheaper. This brand is more expensive because they are chewable for small children. I take a capsule B6 that I found at the health food store and it works great! Also I have learned recently that certain antacid medications such as Previcid can counteract the effectiveness of B6, so you will want to research that before wasting your money. Hope this helps.
