As far as Minoxidil goes, 2% doesn't work on me and 5% works but gives horrible black facial hair, and what's worse, the effect will eventually wear off and one will experience the inevitable apocalyptic shedding. All saw palmetto product/vendor and all products in general state what is 1 unit, in this case it's 500mg not 1000mg as stated on the label. Go to other vendors such as Sundown and Natures Way, the front of the bottle stated how much is in one capsule and in the back with the label it also shows the same amount while stating to take 3x a day or 2 a day or whatever to equal that 1000+ dosage you're looking for. This is a misleading labeling. Without this question showing up I would have not realized that it's 500mg per capsule based on the 1000mg labeling.

Answer:	After Amazon says the package was delivered, they tell you to wait another 48 hours for it to show up, because sometimes the system works that way, that it might take as much as 48 hours to actually show up at your door after their system indicates it was delivered. After that, they don't want to hear from you. So, it is our responsibility to keep track of the expected deliver-by date, so we can jump before they don't want to hear from us anymore. I think after those 24 hours, they remove the "link" which you can click to complain about your item not showing up. An example of a worst case is when I was walking around in my slippers in pain. I liked the first set of insoles I purchased for my sneakers, so I ordered a 2nd pair for my slippers. While I was limping around, I wondered where the heck my 2nd pair of insoles was, so I check My Orders, and it was supposed to have been delivered about 5 days previous. And there was no way to report it, anymore. So I followed their links, "Where's my stuff?" and that's where I found their policy that you get 48 days after "alleged delivery" to let Amazon know something's gone awry.
