I've done a detox tea cleanse and you have to drink a whole cup of tea diluting the herbs, so you're just drinking a cup of tea when you could just do a dropper full in a small glass of water or just dropper in your mouth for one quick swallow. it's really mild so i just took the dropper or put in a small glass of water and drank it. If you put in a smoothie or something you're going to lose a lot of the condensed tonic. My opinion. Hope this helped

Be sure to use a full dropper full 3 times a day and it lasts exactly 14 days as it says. Taking less to make it last doesn't give the desired result. You may experience a bit of itchiness because your liver is shoving toxins out and your epidermis/skin is our largetst organ. As the toxins come out. I used some good organic lotion and/or organic coconut oil to soothe that. Also FYI, if you take a pic of the QR code on the bottle, you can get a free bottle for filling out an online questionnaire. It tastes mild. I could have taken it straight. I just put the dropper full in a small glass of water and drank it. I've taken some really strong cleansers before and this one is easy to ingest. Answer:	go to http://heatherhunterdc.com or google Heather Hunt 21 day purification cleanse instructions, she breaks it down pretty well with what food you can eat, how often to eat, and how much. You basically will eat fruit veggies, and smoothies for the first 10 days. The last 11 days you can incorporate 1/4 C. whole grain per day & organic fish or chicken about the size of your palm 1/X per day. You will eat tons of beans, avacados, and hommus to help fill you up. You also get to eat healthy fats like organic butter, EVOL, & coconut oil, so food can taste good. Home made veggi soups of all types are a must, you can make a pot & freeze the left overs for lunch. Coconut Curry is another staple with or without meat. Stuff Green peppers w/ curried tomatoes, onions & zucchini. My Husband & I do this cleanse once a year, and we love it. Since you're eating small amounts of healthy food every 3-4 hours, you really aren't hungry, and you don't have many cravings. If you're a coffee drinker, taper off b/4 the 1st day, to avoid headaches. Answer:	I've not tried the liquid form but I would imagine it is just as good if the ingredients are the same. From what learned, the liquid form (sublingual) absorbs into the bloodstream faster and provides more active ingredients to detox. I have been taking the capsule form and it has helped me and detoxed my liver based on the lab results I had after taking the capsule form for about two months. I might try the liquid form at a later time and see.
