I find I get rid of extra in my system over the weekend and then it's like a kick start on Monday. Works for me. Everyone is different. Watch you levels of A & D. If you want to take this don't add extra A&D separately. However, a multi-vitamin the levels are usually reasonable with the Cod liver oil and other suppliments but I watch excess. Question:	Are you supposed to eat this? And if so, how do you use it in your food
Answer:	Yes I can confirm it helps grow back bone as long as you have calcium in your everyday diet. I took xrays at my dentist which showed I needed 4 cavities. After taking the cod liver oil for 6 months all the cavities had gone away, my sensitivity and pain had gone away and my new xrays baffled my dentist and parents because it showed I did not have the cavities anymore.

Answer:	I don't notice any problem with it. I tried a flavored (caramel), non-pill (solid at room temp) form that I figured I could add to hot drinks. Now that was a bad idea! If you are bothered by the fishy taste/smell, simply refrigerate or even freeze. By the time it thaws/dissolves, it should be pretty far along in your digestive tract. Hope this helps!

Answer:	The label on the back of the bottle says that the vitamin D3 is from cod liver oil. It also says that the vitamin A is from cod liver oil. It doesn't seem likely that the vitamins were removed and then added back in. Either way, they're not synthetic.
