Use it every day, and then pat your beard a couple times with a towel to remove any excess so it doesn't get on your phone or anything. I add some essential oil to the blend since I don't exactly like the smell of it.

Answer:	The label states it is expeller pressed, which means the oil extracted out of the nut using a high heat. If heat is used when extracting the oil it significantly reduces the beneficial ingredients. This one is a hard pass for me. Spending a few extra dollars for cold pressed is much better than having no results at all!

Answer:	I have not used olive oil, but I am very acne prone and this has been a game changer for me. My skin has never been better. I use a dime size amount on my face, leave on for a few minutes, then us a hot washcloth to steam my face. After the wash cloth is cool, I wipe the oil off. I wish I had known about this when I was younger and going through Accutane hell.
