Answer:	I don't believe the company guarantees this, but I take two of these every morning and not once have I experienced even a remotely fishy aftertaste. If you taste anything at all, it's a little lemony. You can further reduce the likelihood of aftertaste by keeping the product in the fridge.

No wheat, no gluten, no soybeans, no dairy, no egg, no fish, no peanuts/tree nuts. There is no detail regarding the source of the gelatin, but I would guess it is NOT organic. I chose this brand of Krill Oil because Dave Asprey (Bulletproof) recommended it, and I have been quite happy with it. I've been using it for a year now. I would contact the company directly.
