To answer your question, our Premium Cold-Pressed Black Cumin Seed oil is pressed from Nigella Sativa seeds that are grown in Turkey and we sell it for immune system support or for inflammatory response. This Black Seed oil generally has a strong taste and the highest level of Thymoquinone on the market (minimum 0.95% up to 2.5% TQ). Thymoquinone(TQ) is the naturally occurring active ingredient found only in Black Cumin Seed oil and has been studied for most of the oil's health benefits. We do not add nor take away anything from the oil. We only cold press the black seeds here in the U.S. once they arrive and put the oil in bottles and softgels. The Egyptian Black seeds (also 100% black cumin seed oil) are sourced and grown in Egypt instead of Turkey. These seeds tend to have a lower TQ content which is why our “Premium Black Seed oil” is more preferred by individuals and health care practitioners for therapeutic purposes. Egyptian Black Cumin Seed oil is milder in taste and has about 1/3 less amount of Thymoquinone (minimum of 0.60 TQ). Both oil types have around 55% Omega 6 and 23% Omega 9% though. Answer:	Some people can't tolerage Magnesium pills ingnested and the transdermal applications resolves this issue. Also some folks are treating a specific skin condition or specific part of the body and the actual application of the solution to that area works better or quicker sometimes but not always. Some people use both together and others sometimes one or the other depending on their specific needs or issues. I'm the latter and can have issues with some types of magnesium ingested while other forms cause me no problems but I see little results too. For skin tags the oil works but pill or capsule forms do not seem to help. If you take a magnesium bath you are bathing in a diluted form of magnesium oil basically and why many folks enjoy magnesium baths for the skin softenting effects or help with some kinds of rashes and conditions but most often to relax and help relax sore muscles too. Many of the so called natural soaking springs and thermal waters through out the world including in the USA like CO is rich in magnesium and natural salts like calciums too. Not all Magnesiums are the same..they can be citrate or other salt based like calcium too. Carbinate or Citrate etc. Swanson sells a capsule with three different forms of magnesium. They also sell the magnesium flakes this oil is made from and you can make your own saving money if you use a lot of this product I recommend...just always use distilled and purified water not tap water for best results. (When ever someone recommends distilled and demineralized water it's because tap waters or so called bottled drinking water can have various hardness componets such as other types of magnesium salts and calcium etc that can and often does react in a way that can reduce the effectiveness of the product you intended to make. This not only goes to products like this but cleaning concentrates etc. that you need to dilute. More than once I've been too lazy to run to the store of a gallon of 88 cents distilled water including last summer to discover that once I did the in this case floor stripper worked like magic after the tap water forced me to go over areas three even four times to achieve the same results once I switched to the distilled water. AND I DID KNOW BETTER. Just guess once in a while I have to relearn the lesson.) Anyway on Swansons vitamins site you can google you can then search for magnesium flakes or salts and its sold in a jar and I use a half gallon jug of this actual product sold there too in that size and now buy the flakes and add the distilled water to treat mainly skin tags and a scar tissue after laproscopic surgery. It removes the tags within about a week or two completely. Over time if they return I just treat again. I also have sore wrists sometimes and applying the oil to them seems to help with that. I have no bad reactions to Swansons triple magnesium capsules taking internal but do to Costco's soft gels and only one type of magnesium. A lot of folks have digestion problems with magnesium and I also get super sore shoulder and joint pains if I take the wrong kind. I don't have that reacthion taking a magnesium bath or using the oil. ONLY WARNING I OFFER is it can cause reddening of the skin and burning sensations to sensitiver skin types. If so dilute it which is one reason I make my own I only need to dilute it a little bit more but makes all the difference in tolerance. I do not recommend using it on a young child say anyone younger than 12 and if a person complains it's painful or they have rashes stop using it or try diluting it with distilled water if it occurs. I can't think of many reasons or benefits to use on a younger than 18 year old and think parents should avoid it unless a traditional medical doctor prescribed it for some real reason.

Answer:	I just sprayed 1 spray per under arm and went on about my business. It lasted me all day. It did burn a little one day after I had just shaved but not bad. It worked for me better than traditional antiperspirant deodorant extra strength.
