Answer:	I was considering this as an alternative to the energy drink I currently use (Rockstar), but the report that they use an artificial sweetener, specifically sucralose, makes this also a hard pass for me. Sucralose, aspartame, saccharine, Acesulfame K, Advantame, and Neotame all cause significant issues with the GI system (mine, at least) and some also cause severe headaches, not to mention the nasty aftertaste they all have (without any exceptions). "Natural" substitutes for glucose/sucrose also seem to have problems for me -- at least the ones I have tried, such as stevia and the gamut of sugar alcohols (e.g., xylitol, erythritol, and other -tols). I've yet to find monk fruit sweeteners in products like this, although, from what I've read, this type of product seems to be suited for monk fruit sweeteners. Maybe I've just not been looking in the right place(s). Or maybe it is just cheaper to use the artificial sweeteners.

Answer:	I like Blue Raspberry but the only other flavor I've tried is the Iced Mocha, which also tastes very good, but I first tried it with coconut milk and I added collagen protein powder and I drank this 3 times that day and felt ill that evening, not sure why, but I've found that the iced mocha tastes just as good with water than it does in milk. And the water seems to go easier with my digestion and it doesn't make me feel ill. I don't put but a scoop of either of these in my water at a time though, but I'm 60 yrs young so I try not to over do energy drinks, but I sure do like them! Also, this type doesn't make my muscles sting like some energy pre-workout powders do, so I really like that a lot.
