When you turn this phone on you just have to set the language from Spanish to English. Functionally they are the same once set to English language. This one had to be warranted through a special purchase verification process, which was simple. This phone is then warranted through Samsung just like the $120 more version. It has been an excellent phone thus far, no issues with it.
