Answer:	I have several autoimmune deseases which have caused me to be constipated, gasey and bloated for decades. When I added probiotics a year and a half ago, I didn’t see any benefits. Answer:	I compared the ingredients of Dr Tobias and Dy Guntry. They both claim to be a PREbiotic but yet the ingredients are significantly different. So how do you know which ingredients makes the best Prebiotic?

Answer:	No, they are a collection of a type of viruses called bacteriophages aka phages. Specifically the families Myoviridae and Siphoviridae. Notice the "-viridae" in the name, which mean virus. Bacteriophage virus infect other bacterium and use lytic (destructive to host bacteria) or lysogenic (host bacteria continues to live) action to replicate. It is not a fiber in any way and does not provide food for good bacteria/gut probiotcs to feed on. They instead provide complimentary support by destroying bad bacteria. However, what I'm not sure about are the actions of these specific strains on the *good* bacteria. The reason for my concern is that Myoviridae and Siphoviridae families are in general lytic and are also known to infect Lactobacillus. Answer:	I was taking these for 2-3 months and my overall gut health declined severely (bloated, constipation, etc). I also allowed my 72y/o mother to use these with me and she noticed no difference in her gut health as well. But it does say that it is processed in a facility that also processes tree nuts, soy, milk, wheat, fish and crustacean shellfish on the label so if your very sensitive to any of those ingredients it could be a problem but not from the actual ingredients.
