Answer:	Burns well, especially with powder incense. I have been burning incense for a while and burn resin with powder. You need to put the resin with another substance, like dried sage or some powder incense - perhaps some other dried herb could work too. It will then burn well. I have never burned resin by itself and I don't think it will burn well alone. Burning incense in a brass bowl or plate works well. Hopes this helps! =D

Use an incense holder (brass or aluminum made) to hold the charcoal which becomes really hot. Pour a small amount of the incense on the burning charcoal (maybe 1/4 tsp). You can continue adding more incense as it burns and the charcoal still hot. Always use or burn it on a safe surface. If you still not sure about how to use it, look on the internet for videos for more instructions.

Answer:	Yes, I just try it for two days, my frozen dropping weights finally start moving down, I take it before dinner then do regular exercise for one hour as usual. I have a question is this apple cider vinegar made in USA? I don't see it on the bottle. But anyway I'm very happy see my weights continue dropping again. I lost 30 lbs from 17lbs since I try to lose my weight from last October with exercise and taking just different kind of apple cider vinegar, But it stopped dropping on February, now I found this contains green coffee bean and green tea, I decide try this with my exercise, it seems works well.
