Answer:	D3 is 125% of daily value, Calcium is 60% and Magnesium is 75%. If you need more calcium, take that only. Any more magnesium will do a number on your bowels.

Answer:	Honestly don’t even purchase this item. I tried ordering 3 different times. After you open it, it will curdle no matter what you do or how you store it. I put them in the fridge immediately after opening and it was chunky! So gross.

Answer:	Good for you checking before you take something. I went onto the website www.Solgar's.com and read all about their standards, very rigorous. All of their products are made in NJ but ingredients may come from all over the world. They do have a great testing program. Would encourage you to check them out. I love the calcium.

Suggested Use

Both products are designed to be taken together in the morning and evening with a full glass of water.
