It did dry my skin out at first for about three days, use sunscreen. Her products are from good to very good for the price range, but they are not cheap. Answer:	The only way I see these drops as "better" is that the oil added is pure coconut oil (as opposed to a combo of coconut & palm which is in the Carlson drops). Personally, I believe coconut to be an healthier option.
