Answer:	Fluoride is NOT a mineral. Fluoride is NOT on the periodic table and NOT to be confused with fluoRINE. The fluoride in this product is NOT safe. NO FLUORIDE IS SAFE. I made the mistake of trusting that this company/seller provided full disclosure on the LABEL -- but it has not -- for obvious reasons! My wife, our 5 yr old daughter, and me (who are ALL in a state of health - and successfully TEACH people how to be also) have been negatively affected by the fluoride in this product that we try so hard to avoid. ONLY because the state of our physical and neuro health DECLINED after consuming this product everyday for the last 60 days did I investigate this product further. We have been drinking it, rinsing with it, and cooking with it. (We put it in all of our water). DO NOT CONSUME THIS PRODUCT. The harm greatly outweighs the health. I am going to find another way to mineralize our water and I will post it.

Answer:	I also suffer from severe muscle cramps and I've had Doctors test me for everything. I've suffered with this for most of my life and was getting the vibe from most Doctors that I was crazy.. I was able to power through in my younger days, but now it's too much and it seems to get worse with age. I have tried pretty much every supplement with no relief. I use these drops on a daily basis for a couple years and now feel so much better.I also use the 40,000 Volts before and after I exercise. I actually did not originally purchase this for muscle cramps, but because I use a 5 stage reverse osmosis water filter for my drinking water and I was getting acid reflux. This product has greatly minimized both.

Answer:	It tastes like minerals. I don't take it straight I add it to my water. If you add a few drops to every cup you would get what you need over the day. Answer:	Hi, the max number of drops per day is suggested to be no more than 100 drops -- this guidance is based on the "mineral supplement use" of the product, with maximum suggested dose of 1/2 teaspoon added into a flavorful beverage such as juice or coffee, up to twice a day. However, kindly note that it would be extremely unusual for anyone to use 100 drops of this product as a "water enhancer", even if they are drinking 15 cups of water. That's because, typical use of this product as a water enhancer is 1 to 2 drops per cup of drinking water. More explanation given below. Most of our customers use 1 to 2 drops per cup, and some use 3, 4, or even 5 drops per cup of water. If you use 5 drops per cup, and drink 8 cups (i.e. 64 oz of water) per day, that would be equivalent to consuming 40 drops per day -- and this will provide about 20% of daily recommended adult intake of calcium and magnesium, in a highly absorbed electrolyte form. Since your objective is to improve the taste of your RO filtered water, our suggestion is to start with 1 drop per cup of water and then compare this to 2 drops per cup of water. If you like the 2 drops better, then compare with 3 drops per cup, and so on. In other words, let your taste buds guide you to the appropriate level of mineral electrolytes in the water. Do not worry about exceeding max number of drops, since you are unlikely to exceed 40 drops, even if you add 5 drops per cup. Hope this info helps! Question:	how much do we use to replace minerals lost in filtration? Not looking for a boost just to replace
Answer:	Thanks for a very thoughtful question. The answer is dependent on the quantity of minerals lost in filtration. This can be figured out in 3 steps. The first step is to find out the typical TDS (total dissolved solids) in the source water, i.e. tap water or well water. The TDS value is a rough approximation of the concentration of minerals (along with any conductive contaminants) that are dissolved in the water. For municipal tap water, this information can be found in the annual water quality report or consumer confidence report (CCR), and this report should be available through your water company's website. Alternatively, if you have a water TDS meter (also called conductivity meter), you can find out the TDS by directly testing the water. The TDS value is typically reported in parts per million (PPM), or in milligrams per liter (mg/L). The second step is to find out the TDS of water after filtration -- either by testing the filtered water (preferred), or by theoretical estimation. If you are using a reverse osmosis filter, multiplying the source water TDS with 0.05 (or 5%) will give you a reasonable approximation of the TDS after filtration, assuming the RO filter is operating at 95% effectiveness. If you are using a filtration system that includes distillation, the TDS of the filtered water would be close to zero. For other types of filters, the value can be highly variable (contact the filter manufacturer, or directly test the filtered water). In the third step, subtracting the second value (TDS after filtration) from the first value (TDS of source water before filtration) will give you an estimated concentration of minerals that were lost during filtration, along with other contaminants. Based on this estimate, you can calculate the number of drops of EMDROPS which should be added, because each drop provides about 100 PPM of healthy minerals when diluted in a 8 oz cup of water. As an example, let's assume that the source water TDS is 226 PPM, and the filtered water TDS is 10 PPM. Therefore the filtration removed approximately 226 - 10 = 216 PPM of minerals, along with contaminants. Divide 216 by 100, and round it off to the nearest whole number -- we get 2. Thus in this example, we would need to add 2 drops of EMDROPS per 8 oz cup of filtered water for an approximate replacement of the minerals that were lost in filtration. Hope this helps!

How do you break the glass vials

Answer:

The directions are inside the box 📦 it comes with circle shaped gripper type of material to prevent the broken glass from making contact with your hand. If you hold the vial at an angle over a cup and break the tip of the vial with the gripper and then tip the vial to hold the unbroken tip upright while still over a cup then break the tip with the gripper and the contents of seawater should fall right into cup. If I remember correctly I may have watched a YouTube video on how to open.

Answer:	Mercury is found in different forms and because our product is plant derived, it shows very minute, almost undetectable amounts of organically derived mercury.
