If I take this capsule daily I have zero problems. I also have medical drs and the specialist told me to stop taking them, I asked him why? are they bad for me, to which he replied no, but don't take them.I next time I saw him he asked me if I had stopped and I had not, saying what is the difference to you, you say they don't do anything bad or good so im staying on them. Answer:	Hi! Thanks for the question! Each capsule has 75mg (25 of each type of magnesium - taurate, glycinate, malate). We are big believers in the minimum viable dose and found that 150mg (2 capsules) works for most people since this blend of magnesium is absorbed well, especially compared to other forms of magnesium. Answer:	Hi, 1 capsule contains 120 magnesium (as magnesium citrate/malate). Also on label it states take 1-4 capsules daily in divided doses, with meals.

Answer:	They are fairly large, about 3/4 - 1" long and about 3/8" wide and maybe 1/4" thick. They have some kind of slippery coating so they aren't too hard to swallow.

Answer:	The Supplement Facts state serving size is 1 Tablet, and has 100mg Calcium (10% RDA) and 150mg Magnesium (38% RDA) per serving. 6 tablets would be 900mg, but they are so large I take the one tablet with applesauce anyway.
