Answer:	Hi! Alexa here from JoySpring. There are 3mg of melatonin per serving. As with any herbal supplement, it's recommended to start small to assess tolerance then increase based on desired results.

Answer:	We normally recommend one FULL dropper for the first two nights 15-20 minutes before bedtime. If you find that you are still not seeing your desired results by then, we recommend upping the dosage to two full droppers. The SleepBerry formula sometimes takes a couple of dosage tweaks before you are able to figure out what will work best for your little one.
