There may be a good explanation, time to seek it out with the manufacturer. It says it is distributed by Dojo, Irvine, CA.

Answer:	No copper levels. Nothing on the label but other trace minerals. The yeast is from non Gmo beets molasses form Estonia so google and check if beets contains copper but it could be from the soil. Anyway it would be only traces so maybe not to worried about how may mcg or mg. I hope that will help.

Some brands of ovens crank up the heat to max to shorten the time required to reach disired temperature. if toaster placed close enough to heating elements, heat from them will be well above max temperature for it.
