The main reason why the consumer pays so much more for USDA certified organic products is because of how expensive the government makes it obtain said certification. My PSA has consistently been under point eight, yep that's right ...point eight, I'd recommend this product to any man over, 50. There doesn't seem to be a common denominator or standard with the exception of this product. The pygeum with a saw palmetto combination seems to be an absolute winner for guys like me that are over 50. I will say that it took about 5 to 6 month. I'm sure it has some form of benefits for women? I'm not sure. But it's a prostate medication for men and used to treat typical MPB (male pattern baldness) in males.
